Weather Cancelation Policy

If the Weather Network indicates more than 3mm of rain or winds of 24 km/h or more during the time you have selected for your rental, you will receive a 100% refund. For more information, send us an email at pipersbounce@gmail.com at least 72 hours before the start of your rental.

Safety notice

It’s crucial to turn off the blowers and stop using if there is a high wind or rain during your rental time. Rain and strong winds can pose a risk to customers. Our clients safety is something we take extremely seriously. Please be aware that your safety is our only priority if you need to cancel.
